The Ultimate Italian Spritz Bar

This one easy recipe gives you six+ spritz variations, so everyone can choose their own little Italian adventure. Set out the bottles, fill a bucket with ice, and let guests mix their favorite.

Instructions
 

  • Fill a large wine glass generously with ice.
  • For an Aperol, Campari, Select, limoncello, or Cynar spritz, pour in the Prosecco, followed by your chosen aperitivo and the soda water. Stir gently, just enough to combine without knocking all the sparkle out of the glass.
  • Add the appropriate garnish and serve right away.
  • For a Hugo Spritz, add the Prosecco, elderflower liqueur, and soda water to an ice-filled wine glass. Stir gently, then garnish with a generous sprig of mint and a lime wheel.
